MY CODE OF ETHICS

INTEGRITY

Integrity is important to me because I have strong morals and values that will not waver under pressure or persuasion. I'm honest and stick to my word, which is how I continue to practice integrity in my everyday life and will do so professionally as well.

TRANSPARENCY

Transparency is an integral element of an open and honest relationship. I expect my employer or business partner(s) to remain transparent with me, as I would with them. There is no room for dishonesty or secrets in my ethical code.

COMPASSION

I'm mindful of compassion and empathy to work more effectively with others. It's important to show compassion through active listening, understanding and communication. I will always strive for compassion in the workplace to increase morale, teamwork and productivity.
